Hugo Chavéz's mausoleum is found at the Cuartel de la Montaña, also known as 4F in western Caracas.
Location isn't touristy, they may not be open for visits when you come around, make sure you don't wear shorts.
This place also is a military museum and has one of the best views of central Caracas.
