Copenhagen, Denmark
January 2013
Located in the Nørrebro district in Copenhagen, the park was conceptualised to bring communities together and stretches for 750 meters shaped like a wedge (kilen in Danish).
Superkilen opened to the public in 2012 and has won a diversity of urban design and architectural awards.
It is a major tourist attraction in the city but to be fairly honest (probably down to the gloomy and wintry weather) it didn't transpire popularity on this particular day.
Nevertheless, a place I would like to revisit and see in full as I didn't make it past the Red Square area.
